When to expect a reply
We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. For GDPR and data-protection requests we reply within the timeframes required by law, and at the latest within 30 days.
IndepAI is a financial-independence decision engine, not a financial or tax advisor. We can help with the product, but we cannot give personalised financial advice.
